Retirement Bill Passes

The Senate version of the retirement bill, which we opposed, passed the legislature in the middle of the night. All Senate Republicans, plus two Senate Democrats (Mickey Switalski & Buzz Thomas) voted for it. The Governor is expected to sign the bill soon. Information on the specifics of the bill and its impact on individuals is available on the website of the Office of Retirement Services. That is your official source of information and advice.
